I've just came back from thailand a couple of days ago, the situation in thailand wasn't as bad as it seems. With a new government, comes a new resolution. But still it is worth being on your balls a little, just in case.Well, I've recently recieved my offer letter from Queenland University of Technology to enable me to pursue my studies in the field of information technology. It will take me another 1 and a half years to complete my Masters program. And with the current economic downturn, I doubt I'll be able to find a job.
For the time being, I'll be meeting up with some of my friends and spend some quality time with my family and focus more on my thai-boxing. I don't know whether it is me or am I slowing getting use to the aussies lifestyle. I know Singapore ain't a bad country, except with the rising of prices in everything, ERP, freedom of speeches and the lack of courage to stand up against what we believe is right.
Still it is my country and my home, where I've been living of the past 20 years. But after such exposure in countries like Australia. I'm afraid that I've to say Singapore is no longer the home I use to know. Its kinda disappointing... Maybe, our country is still young and has still lots of things to learn. I don't know or maybe, hope is still out there.
